Refund Policy

To confirm your K&G Gaming mobile game trailer event, payment is required in full no later than 48 hours before your scheduled event time. If full payment is not received within this timeframe, your event may be cancelled at our discretion.

• A non‑refundable deposit will be required to hold your date, as communicated at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the event start time.
• If payment is not completed by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without further notice.​

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will be eligible for a partial credit toward a future booking.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are generally non‑refundable due to preparation and scheduling commitments.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no‑shows or last‑minute cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.​

• In the rare event that K&G Gaming must cancel your booking (for example, due to equipment failure, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen emergencies), you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• If we must cancel within 24–48 hours of the event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your party or provide an appropriate credit.​

• We operate rain or shine when safe to do so, but reserve the right to delay, pause, or cancel an event due to severe weather, unsafe conditions at the event location, or other safety concerns.
• If we determine that an event cannot safely proceed, we will work with you to reschedule or apply a credit, at our discretion.​

• Changes to date, time, or location are subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible.
• Major changes requested within 48 hours of the event may be treated as a cancellation and re‑booking.​
